Kristen Hansen

Kristen Hansen is the CEO and founder of EnHansen Performance which provides a neuroscience and evidence-based approach to leadership and performance development. With her former career as a sales director for major Australian companies coupled with a Masters in the Neuroscience of Leadership, HR consulting and Emotional Intelligence credentials, Kristen is an international speaker, facilitator, author and executive coach.

Kristen brings to these engagements her high energy, humour, dynamic delivery and passion for leadership and everything neuroscience!

Over 45,000 managers have benefited from Kristen’s unique approach summarised in her NeuroTREAD framework which improves leadership, sales and performance. In the last 15 years Kristen has delivered over 350 keynotes 3,500 workshops in the Asia Pacific region and is known as the thought leader keynote speaker in a range of topics from leadership, resilience, coaching, safety, women in leadership and change leadership. Kristen has also developed a 50 module online program to supplement her programmes. She is the author of the book TRACTION; The Neuroscience of Leadership and Performance that continues to be in high demand. 

Kristen works with some of the most senior, mid and emerging leaders from companies such as Macquarie Bank, Westpac, Allianz, NRMA, McDonalds, Deloitte, Boral, QBE, Telstra, the Prime Minister’s Office, ASCI, the Federal Police and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. 

EnHansen Performance’s services are now trained by a team of 15 accredited senior facilitators delivering programmes around Australia. Many are former clients and ex L&D, OD, HR, Talent and Change managers for some of Australia’s largest corporations after seeing the impact the program had on the development on their managers. They’ve held senior roles in Macquarie Bank, Fuji, Diageo, Campbell Arnotts, Rio Tinto, IBM, Woolworths and AMP and have broadened the range of HR/OD/Talent/Change related programmes and consulting services that EnHansen Performance now offers.

Kristen also provides pro-bono regular Resilience and employment services for the Women’s Resilience Centre, dedicated to supporting women who have experienced domestic violence. 

Kristen is a board member responsible for L&D for the International Women’s Forum (IWFA) with over 8,000 members. Collectively “Connecting as women, growing as leaders”.
